wouldn't stay here again or recommend.
it was quiet. the swimming pool was very nice the on site cafe cooked very nice food which was takeaway or sit in and eat. they had lifts up to all the floors
the bed was hard as a rock they forgot to clean the apartment for 2 days the location is poor and nothing is in walking distance you need a car or a motorbike

Hotel was too out of the way of Phuket town attractions. Too hot to walk up to Central Mall Phuket
The pool was nice
Lack of English language spoken at reception Dogs roaming around outside Disorganised at Reception, lost keys and lost deposit for room key by staff. Beds as hard as a sleeping on a limo floor Air conditioner at foot of bed and straight in you, very cold Toilet smelt of sewerage in both rooms, we had two rooms, and we did not put toilet paper in toilet at all Location poor as taxi fare to anywhere in Phuket was over 500 baht, too far to walk to anything and too hot to walk anywhere. We left after one night of a 4 night booking, and found accommodation more central to Phuket town and old town that was clean and well organised. Very poor experience for us as overseas tourist.

What would you highlight about The Royal Place Service Apartments
Clean and tidy but terrible location.
The room was very clean. The beds had crisp white sheets and were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked a dream. It was affordable, and if it wasn't for all the oversights and location, it represents excellent value. The staff did their best to be helpful and were very nice. They also dealt with the issues we raised immediately as best they could.
The bathroom smelt like sewage. There was no hot water, literally no hot water heater in our room, and the hotel staff didn't even realise this. The television had no cables and hadn't been configured at all. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the grounds and even in the hallways. There were stray dogs throughout the car park. At least one was aggressive. We chose this location to be closer to the airport for our departure from Thailand, but due to much traffic, turned out to still be an hour's drive (same as if we had stayed in the south at Karon Beach). While there was a kitchen, there wasn't a single utensil which made the kitchen redundant. They did provide, however, 2 mugs and two teaspoons and one kettle for four people.

It was tereible! nobody speak English and they were not helpfull
that they had a pool
the restaurant was almost always closed, they didnt have many things... the cleaners didnt come to clean for 3! days! the towers were dirty and no shower gel/shampoo was not provided
